A big congratulations to Lisa Durham at Vardesk and Wendi Smith from the Town of Brownsburg for completing the Laserfiche Certified Professionals Program and receiving their Laserfiche Administrator certification!

Lisa is an invaluable member of our Laserfiche support team at Vardesk. Her immense product and IT knowledge frequently bestows her with the title of “lifesaver” among our users and system administrators!

Wendi is best described as the Brownsburg Laserfiche Wiz! Her product knowledge is outstanding and she continues to be the go-to person at the town for anything and everything Laserfiche. Her dedication and motivation have helped to made Laserfiche a big hit in Brownsburg!

User Mini-Conference

Paper-Lite is hosting a user mini-conference as a follow-up to the 2010 National Laserfiche Institute Conference! The event is open to all Paper-Lite customers and will be held in Columbus, IN on Wednesday, March 3rd. We will be releasing more information in early February.

Have a topic you would like us to cover at the event? Let us know! Our user forum is open to all users for class topic discussion at www.gopaperlite.com/members.

The event will go most of the day with lunch provided to attendees. Please check back for additional information regarding the mini-conference!

Due to user requests, we at Paper-Lite have created a blog site for our Laserfiche users! The link to our blog site can be found at the bottom of the home web page in the “Links” area. The Laserfiche User blog is designed for our customers to interact with other members of the Paper-Lite community. We hope this platform will open discussions for new solutions, support tools, and provide an area for users to learn and share from each other.
